This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No.5452 of 2022, dated 08.11.2022 by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Ambasamudram. 1/4

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police. 3.Considering the submission made by both sides, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.M.P.No.5452 of 2022, dated 08.11.2022 by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Ambasamudram, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Thiruppalai Police Station, Madurai, daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders". In respect of other conditions, the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Ambasamudram, shall remain unaltered.
