ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his sisters based on the petitioner's representation, dated 4.10.2023.

2.It seems that there is a matrimonial dispute pending between the parties. On previous occasion in Crl.O.P(MD) No.16228 of 2023 seeking for the very same relief, the petition was filed by the petitioner based on the complaint given by his wife/4th respondent. At that time, the third respondent was the Inspector of Police, Kandarvakottai Police Station. Now in this case, the second respondent is All Women Police Station, Pudukottai. The earlier complaint given by the fourth respondent before the police station was closed by the third respondent. However, again on 01.09.2023, the 4th respondent has filed a complaint before the Superintendent of Police. 3.Since it is a matrimonial dispute pending between the parties and the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he already filed a divorce petition on the ground of adultery, there is no possibility of settlement between the parties. Hence, the second respondent is directed to enquire the 2/4

matter and complete the enquiry within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
