This Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2019 and to give promotion to the petitioner as Watchman in Arulmigu Murugan Thirukovil, Solamalai Mandapam, Alagar Malai, Melur Taluk, Madurai District.

2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent has produced the proceedings dated 30.09.2019, wherein the representation of the petitioner was considered and rejected by the second respondent.
