ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner for the period from 22.06.2000 to 25.04.2005, based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2019, with all consequential monetary benefits.

2. A counter affidavit has been filed by the second respondent denying the contentions of the petitioner.

3. However, this Court is of the considered view that no prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. Accordingly, this Court directs the respondents to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2019 seeking to regularize his services for the period from 22.06.2000 to 25.04.2005 and for payment of his 2/4

consequential monetary benefits, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
