PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned letters issued by the second respondent vide Ref.No.80053/11/3/2023, dated 18.08.2023 and Ref.No.081353/ ME2/1/2023, dated 23.08.2023 and quash the same as illegal, improper, unlawful, unconstitutional and arbitrary and consequently direct the second respondent to call for the records pertaining to the particulars of the petitioner's Covid-19 duty rendered at fourth respondent Hospital and to provide eligible incentive marks for the recruitment to the post of Civil Assistant Surgeon based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.09.2023. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging a letter issued by the second respondent, wherein, the PG students undertaking the Covid -19 duty have been excluded from the purview of granting incentive marks.

2. Pending writ petition, G.O.(Ms) No.371, Health and Family Welfare (B1) Department, dated 18.11.2023 has been passed acceding to the request of the writ petitioner. Hence, nothing survives to be adjudicated in this Petition.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
