PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 2nd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry without following the due process of law and to return the original documents to the petitioner.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry without following the due process of law and to return the original documents to the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that so far no complaint is received by the second respondent from the third respondent.

3. It is the allegation of the petitioner that he has been called by the second respondent over phone and threatened.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) further submitted that only before Dindigul West Police Station, the complaint has been given by the third party against the petitioner. So far as the second respondent is concerned, no complaint is received against the petitioner.

5. The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition impleading the 2/4

correct Police Station.

6. With the above said liberty, this petition is disposed of. 13.10.2023 NCC :
