ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468 and 120(b) IPC in Crime No.14 1/3

of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons received a sum of Rs.14,00,000/- frin the defacto complainant for arranging job in PWD. They also issued fake appointment order. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the the petitioner is having one similar previous case. Therefore, he strongly objected to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
