[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] The reasons assigned in the accompanying affidavit for the delay is that it took sometime for the petitioner to translate the documents from Tamil to English and that his income was not sufficient. Admittedly, the petitioner owns large extent of plantations in Megamalai. Hence, we are unable to accept the reasons assigned for the delay and the miscellaneous petition is, therefore, dismissed. Consequently, Rev.Aplw (MD) SR No.83676 of 2019 stands rejected.
