ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 & 420 IPC in Crime No.278 of 2023, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant has owned a car bearing Reg.No.TN 59 AK 6489 and A1 entered into the agreement with the defacto complainant for taking the rent of the said and rent was fixed as Rs.32,000/- per month. A1 handed over the car to A2 for hire purpose. Both the accused failed to give rent from the month of January, 2023. Hence the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners are having one similar previous case and hence, he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 2/3

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the bad antecedents of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
