This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue lookout circular in the name of the petitioner's husband namely K.Muthu Kumar, S/o.Kanagasabapathy bearing passport Number J 6934654, pursuant to the crime No.10 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 498 A IPC and 4 of T.N.P.H.W. Act and it is pending for investigation on the file of the 2nd respondent. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the husband of the petitioner went to abroad and now, he is staying in USA. CRL.O.P (MD) No.17863 of 2019 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to take steps to secure him by issuing look out circular in pursuant to the crime No.10 of 2019 and complete the investigation in crime No.10 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible.
