This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.353 of 2023 dated 05.10.2023 on the file of the 1st respondent Police and quash the same.

The learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri by way of e-filing in No.C202400342 on 01.02.2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Trial Court is directed to take the Final Report on file forthwith.
