This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the second Respondent to file the final report in Crime No.486 of 2019 on the file of the second Respondent Police within the time to be stipulated by this Court, based on the Petitioner's representation, dated 23.02.2022. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent/Investigation Officer submitted that based on the complaint given by the Petitioner, the second Respondent police had conducted enquiry and closed the complaint as 'Action dropped' and filed the report before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
