The petitioner seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.No.219 of 2019 pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Pollachi to Sub-Court, Pudukottai District.

2. The said proceedings has been initiated by the husband seeking restitution of conjugal rights. It is claimed that the petitioner is now residing with her parents at Mavilangavayal in Pudukkottai District. It is also stated that she is differently abled person and she finds it very difficult to travel to Pollachi.

3. Despite the service, the respondent/husband has not appeared either in person or through counsel, duly instructed.

4. Considering the convenience of the wife and the fact that she is a disabled person this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.219 of 2019 is withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court, Pollachi and transferred to Sub-Court, Aranthangi for being disposed of in accordance with law. The SubCourt, Pollachi is directed to transmit the papers to the Sub-Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
