This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the Respondent to investigate and file a final report in Crime No.54 of 2022 on the file of the second Respondent Police within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent/Investigation Officer submitted that the investigation on the complaint made by the Petitioner is in progress and the same will be completed within a period of two months.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
