ORDER : This civil miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon 1/3

perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.M.PRAKASH, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 134 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal as against the judgment and decree made in M.C.O.P.No.696 of 2014, dated 11.01.2017, on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal/Special Sub-Court(MACT), Madurai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.
