The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to provide the adequate Police protection for the petitioner's life and limb at all times preferably when the petitioner being available in the his property situated in Survey No.187 on the strength of the petitioner's representation dated on 07.09.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that claiming rival title over the property, both the petitioner as well as the third respondent made representation before the second respondent seeking Police Protection and both the above said representations are under enquiry.

3. The second respondent is directed to summon the petitioner as well as the third respondent for enquiry. Let the above said enquiry be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of appearance of the parties.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
