O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to issue patta to the land in S.No.258/12 situated at Muthusamypuram Revenue Village, Vilathikulam Taluk, as per the sale deed Document No.2329 of 2009, registered with the Sub Registrar, Vilathikulam Registration Office,

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner may be directed to file an application through online.

3. In view of the above, this Court directs the petitioner to file a fresh application through online by paying necessary fees, seeking Patta in respect of the property in S.No.258/12 situated at Muthusamypuram 2/4

Revenue Village, Vilathikulam Taluk, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of sixteen weeks.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
