Chinthalavadi Village, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District, on the basis of the Petitioner's representation, dated 07.03.2024 and 16.10.2024 within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court. For Petitioner :

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to the respondents to subdivide and issue the separate patta to the petitioner in connection with properties in Survey No.372/28 to an extent of 38 Cents, situated at Chinthalavadi Village, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District on the basis of the Petitioner's representation, dated 07.03.2024 and 16.10.2024.

2. When the matter has come up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the request of the petitioner has been rejected with just the word "rejected".

3. Though a mandamus has been sought for conducting survey, taking into account the subsequent event, the rejection order is set aside

and the matter is remitted back for fresh consideration. The respondents shall pass speaking orders after issuing notice to the interested parties including the petitioner and hearing them, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In case of a rejection.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
