This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to take appropriate steps to survey the petitioner's property situated at Trichy District, Trichy Registration District, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Sooriyur Village, Punjai S.F.No.186/3B, admeasuring hectare 0.81 Ares equivalent to Acre 2.00 cents, in the light of his representation dated 31.10.2022.

The grievance of the petitioner is that she is the owner of the land in S.F.No.186/3B, admeasuring hectare 0.81 Ares equivalent to Acre 2.00 cents situated at Trichy District, Trichy Registration District, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Sooriyur Village. She has made a representation dated 31.10.2022, to the first respondent seeking to survey the said land. But the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

Considering the above facts, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.10.2022 and pass appropriate orders, after providing opportunity to all the parties concerned, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
