O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent to consider his online applications dated 13.09.2023, seeking issuance of patta in respect of the property situate in survey Nos.793C/1, 761 and 762/1A1A in Sevugampatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District,

2. Heard the arguments of Mr.C.Prithviraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent.

3. The petitioner claims right over the subject property under three sale deeds dated 16.11.2011, 1607.2018 and 31.07.2023. Based on the said documents, he submitted online applications dated 13.09.2023 in Application Nos.2023/0105/13/364598, 2023/0105/13/364584 and 2023/0105/13/364589, seeking issuance of patta. The said applications have not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the applications of the petitioner would be 2/4

considered on its own merits, within the time stipulated by this Court.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the online applications of the petitioner dated 13.09.2023 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other interested parties.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
