Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram District vide the letter in D.No.3125/2025, dated 18.06.2025, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Ravi, Additional Public Prosecutor, for the Petitioner and of Mr.T.Augustine Ebenezer, Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order: By order dated 16.08.2024, this Court directed the learned Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram, to dispose the case in S.C.No.104 of 2022 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of that order. 2.The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.3125 dated 18.06.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further time to comply with the order of this Court.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram, for extension of time, time is extended till three months alone from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
