ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Conductor of the respondent Transport Corporation challenging an order of dismissal imposed upon him by the second respondent on 18.04.2022. Challenging the same, the petitioner has filed an appeal on 20.06.2022 before the first respondent, so far the first respondent has not yet disposed off the appeal.

2. Considering the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal filed by the writ petitioner and pass orders, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

3. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
