ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 399 IPC in Crime No.258 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that when the defacto complainant was in patrolling duty, the petitioner herein and other accused have illegally found in 1/3

possession of deadly weapons, knife, rope and Chilli powder and they were planning to commit decoity. Hence the case.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and his name has been falsely implicated in this case, hence he seeks anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner herein and other accused have illegally found in possession of deadly weapons, knife, rope and Chilli powder and they were planning to commit decoity and he is having previous cases in similar nature of offence and hence strongly objected to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the serious nature of allegations made against the petitioner and that he is having previous cases in similar nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
