ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner by continuously visiting the petitioner's home and threatening and calling to the enquiry, based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2023.

2. The learned Government (Crl.Side) would submit that over the issue of fixing flex board, trouble has arisen between the petitioner and his co-workers, over which, a complaint was given, it was enquired in CSR No.925 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, both sides appeared and they gave a statement that they will settle the issue between themselves. Based upon the above said statement, the above said enquiry was closed.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. Hence, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. 16.10.2023 Index :
