ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner was employed in R.R.1398, Melaselvanoor Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society. He has since retired from service. Even though this Court had directed that his retirement dues should be settled, the management is unable to do so. It is stated that there are no funds available. If that be so, such a society does not deserve to exist. The Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Society, Paramakudi is directed to wind up the said society forthwith. If the Society has any assets, they shall be brought to sale. Sale proceeds will be divided on pro rata basis.

3. The Contempt Petition is closed.
