ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused Nos.1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 308(4) and 351

(3) of BNS, in Crime No.318 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the other accused abused and threatened the de-facto complainant and ran away. Hence, the complaint.

3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4. Considering the nature of the allegations in this case and considering the previous antecedents, the earlier anticipatory bail was filed and the petition was dismissed and the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that out of the 8 cases, 3 cases are only under Section 110 of Cr.P.C. and the same have been disposed of and even considering the same, still the petitioner has got five previous cases and 2/4

the learned counsel only submit that some of the cases have been disposed of and therefore, the same could not be considered. Going through the list of cases, the petitioner is even convicted in one case. Therefore, when considering the overall facts and circumstances the case, the anticipatory bail petition has been rejected and no ground is made out to take a different view by entertaining the second application.
