ORDER

Since the petitioner's appeal challenging the issue of patta in favour of one Moorthy and Raghu and to issue a fresh sub-divisional patta to the petitioner, his brother Subramanian and the said Moorthy and Raghu, which was filed on 13.06.2022, has not been taken up for consideration, though an enquiry notice dated 14.06.2022 was issued, no order has been passed. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Considering the limited request, this Writ Petition is allowed and a mandamus is issued to the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 13.06.2022 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
