ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner for his life and limb within time frame as fixed by this Court.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint before the second respondent and the same came to be registered in CSR No.251 of 2024, that thereafter the petitioner has sent a representation to the first respondent and that since they have not taken any action, the petitioner has filed a petition under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. before the jurisdictional Court and in pursuance of the direction given by the learned Magistrate, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.178 of 2024 on 22.10.2024 against the respondents 3 to 5 and two others. He would further submit that since the private respondents tried to attack the petitioner on various occasions, the petitioner has given a representation dated 10.10.2024 seeking police protection.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and at the time of enquiry, the petitioner and his father have stated that they would sort out their issues before the concerned Court and on that basis, the same came to be closed.
4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
