To call for the records and set aside the judgment dt. 27.08.2024 passed in Crl A No. 114 of 2023 on the file of the learned I Addl District and Sessions Judge (PCR) Thanjavur, Thanjavur district confirming the conviction and sentence imposed upon the petitioner in S.T.C.No.136 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru, Thanjavur District dated 21.03.2023 and acquit the petitioner.
