ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw the case in HMOP.No.1036 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai and to transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Virudhunagar.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Though the notice was served on the respondent and his name is also printed in the cause list no one has appeared either in person or through his counsel.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the convenience of petitioner / wife, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Transfer CMP is allowed and the HMOP.No.1036 of 2022 pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai is hereby withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Virudhunagar. The Family Court, Madurai is directed to transmit the

papers to the transferee Court forthwith.

5. While allowing this Transfer CMP, The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a possibility to settle the dispute between the parties through Mediation.

6. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court directs the Sub Court, Virudhunagar also to place the matter before the Mediation Centre attached to the District Court, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputur for exploring the possibility of settlement. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
