To call for the records and set aside the judgment dt. 27.08.2024 passed in Crl A No. 113/2023 on the file of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR) Thanjavur, Thanjavur dt. confirming the conviction and sentence imposed upon the Petitioner in S.T.C.No.137 of 2018 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru, Thanjavur District, dated 21.03.2023 and ACQUIT the Petitioner.

In pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 28.10.2024, the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.2,95,720/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Ninety Five Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty only) to the credit of S.T.C.No.137 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru on 22.11.2024.
