ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in I.A.No.44 of 2019 in O.S.No.35 of 2016 dated 06.08.2019 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Vadipatti, Madurai District .

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
