ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 419, 420, 465, 468 and 471 IPC in Crime No.10 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that by impersonation of the defacto complainant, Accused Nos.1 and 2 created power of attorney in the name of Accused No.1 and by using the same, created sale deed in favour of Accused No.3. Accused Nos.4 to 6 are the attestors of the documents and the petitioner herein is an unnamed accused. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and a false case has been foisted against him.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Cri.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the investigation is going on.

5. Considering the nature of allegations that the petitioner is also actively involved in the entire episode, whereby, the accused impersonated the real owner, 2/3

created forged documents and cheated the defacto complainant, I am of the view that this is not a fit case for enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
