O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent, who is the District Forest Officer, to remove the movable properties viz., Red Sandal Wood, kept by the respondent in the petitioner's house bearing Door No.2/569 in Survey No.1541/2, Meelavittan Village, Tuticorin Taluk and District, on the basis of his representation, dated 21.08.2019. 2.Heard Mr.N.Anandakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.J.Padmavathi Devi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, upon instructions, represents that after filing of the present writ petition, the respondent has removed the Red Sandal Wood, which were stacked in the petitioner's premises. The learned Special Government Pleader also prays one week time to hand over possession of the property to the petitioner.

W.P.(MD).No.25592 of 2019 4.Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this Court directs the respondent to hand over possession the petitioner's property, within a period of one week from today.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
