Respondent in both the petitions Common Prayer :- Civil Revision Petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to allow the Civil Revision Petitions by setting aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.Nos.13 & 12 of 2023 in O.S.No. 32 of 2018 on the file of the Sub Court, Ambasamudram dated 05-08-2023.

ORDER:- These Petitions coming on for hearing on this day under the caption 'Extension of time for 'Lower Court' and upon perusing earlier order dated 19.10.2023 and the requisition submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Ambasamudram in D.No.1286 dated 24.06.2025 through Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli in D.No.A1/7935/2025 dated 25/06/2025 seeking further to grant two months time to dispose of the case in O.S.No.32 of 2018 this Court made the following Order: 'This Court, by order dated 19.10.2023, directed the Court below to

dispose of the case in O.S.No.32 of 2018 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. Thereafter, heeding to the request of the learned Subordinate Judge, Amabsamudram, vide letter dated 15.02.2024, this Court by order dated 04.03.2024, extended time for a further period of two months and thereafter, heeding to the request of the learned Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli, vide letter dated 25.02.2025, this Court by order dated 28.03.2025, extended time till 30.06.2025.

3. Now, the learned Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli, once again addressed a letter in D.No.7935/2025, dated 25.06.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, he requested further two months time to comply with the order dated 19.10.2023 made in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, two months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 19.10.2023.'
