Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose the petitioner's Appeal, dated 06.12.2023 praying to cancel the joint patta in so far as the names of the Respondents No.3 to 10 above named in respect of the landed property in Survey No. 200/2A situated at Seelapadi Village, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul District within the time stipulated by this Court after providing sufficient opportunity to the necessary parties and for other reliefs.

ORDER

The appeal filed by the petitioner to delete the names of the respondents 3 to 10 in the patta in respect of the property in Survey No. 200/2A, Seelapadi Village, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul District which is taken on file on 11.07.2024 is kept pending to date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Considering the limited request, a mandamus is issued to the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the petitioner's appeal, dated

06.12.2023 within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
