O RDER This petition has been filed to punish the contemnor for the deliberate and willful disobedience of the order dated 19.06.2023, passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10791 of 2023.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that now more than Rs.131 Crores is involved in this matter. Out of 64 accused persons, so far only 22 accused have been arrested and others are still absconded. More than 200959 victims are there. In the meantime, some of the victims filed Crl.O.P. (MD).Nos.16841, 17017, 17021, 17023, 17024, 17025, 17027, 17029, 17032, 17033, 17542 & 18193 of 2024, seeking transfer of investigation to CBI, which are stated to be pending. Because of that only investigation could not be completed as ordered by this Court.
3.Let the petitioner wait till the disposal of the above said original petitions. Depending upon the order to be passed by the Co-ordinate Bench in the above said original petitions, further steps may be taken by the aggrieved parties. 2/4
