ORDER

The petitioner seeks for transfer of investigation, in Crime No. 392 of 2024 dated 02.10.2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent to some other investigating officer or to some other impartial investigation agency.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation, the final report has been filed as 'further action dropped' and RCS notice has also been served on the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, by filing a protest petition in accordance with law.
