ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.3, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 331(4), 305 and 303(2) of BNS Act, 2023, in Crime No.155 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the other accused committed a crime by stealing the cash of the de-facto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4. Considering the nature of the allegations in this case that the petitioner along with 2 other accused are said to come in the night and jumped the compound wall and broke open the temple hundi and stole the amount and the articles and, after coming out, have stolen the cellular phone of a person who was sleeping under the tree opposite to the temple, this is not a fit case for enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
