O R D E R

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that compromise was reached between the parties with regard to this case as well as another criminal complaint given by the petitioner before the Panagudi Police Station.

2.Since compromise deed was executed between the parties on 21.08.2019, the petitioner wants to withdraw the complaint against this respondent, whereas, the respondent did not come forward to withdraw the said complaint.

3. Since the amount involved is under dispute, this Court is of the view that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the trial Court.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with liberty to work out remedy before the concerned trial Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
