ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 9(n) and 10 of the Protection of Child from 1/3

Sexual Offences Act, 2012, in Crime No.19 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) and perused the material records of the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a false case has been foisted against the petitioner on the inducement of the victim girl's mother. The learned counsel also produced the statements of the father and the mother of the petitioner in this case.

4. This Court had an opportunity to carefully go through the Section 164 of the code of Criminal Procedure statement recorded from the victim girl.

5. Considering the nature of the allegations that has been made against the petitioner, this Court finds that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
