ORDER

The request of the petitioner to include his name in Patta No.447 along with other co-owners made on 23.09.2024 has not been considered to date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Considering the limited request, a mandamus is issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.09.2024 and pass orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
