[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Habeas Corpus Petition' [hereinafter 'HCP' for the sake of brevity]. 2.
In the admission board on 17.10.2023, this Bench made the following order:

The aforementioned admission board order captures the crux and gravamen of the captioned HCP and there shall be no allusion to the same again in this final order. Suffice to say that the admission board order shall be read as integral part and parcel of this order and therefore the short forms and mask references used in the admission board order will continue to be used in the instant final order also. 4.
Today, Mr.J.Vishnu, learned counsel for HCP petitioner and Mr.R.Meenakshi Sundaram, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents are before us.

Be that as it may, more importantly, the petitioner's spouse who is nucleus of the captioned HCP, the petitioner as well as their two children 'xxx' and 'yyy' are present in Court. 6.
We had a short interaction with the petitioner and her spouse who were before us along with their children 'xxx' and 'yyy'. 7.
The petitioner and her spouse said that they had small differences but the same has been reconciled and they would now live Page No.4 of 6
happily as a couple with two children 'xxx' and 'yyy' in their matrimonial home i.e., under one roof. This means that there is a happy ending to the captioned HCP. This Court drops the curtains on the captioned HCP recording what unfurls in the hearing today.

Captioned HCP is disposed of as closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
