This petition has been filed challenging the order passed in Cr.MP.No.2980 of 2022 in SC.No.276 of 2018 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Court, Dindigul, dated 30.09.2022. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the main case itself ended in conviction in S.C.No.276 of 2018 by judgment dated 19.07.2024 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Court, Dindigul. The copy of the judgment was also placed before this Court. 3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
