ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.91 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

Considering the nature of allegation in this case that the petitioner along with other accused persons attacked the defacto complainant with stones and considering the fact that the petitioner has got six (6) previous cases, this is not a fit case for enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bill.
