Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned list of candidates selected for ANM (Auxiliary Nursing Midwife) training for the year 2019-2021 passed by the 1st respondent with regard to serial No.67, namely J.Renugeetha and consequently, direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to undergo ANM (Auxiliary Nursing Midwife) training for the year 2019-2021. ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the selection list of candidates for ANM (Auxiliary Nursing Midwife) training for the year 2019-2021.

Today, when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that after the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner was accommodated and she was also provided training and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/4

3. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
