O R D E R

The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to provide adequate police protection and enable the petitioner to demolish and remove the buildings in Old Door No.63-64, 65 and New Door No.42, 41 respectively situated at North Ratha Street, Dindigul Town, Dindigul by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2023.

2. On the basis of the notice issued by the first respondent to demolish the buiding of the petitioner, which is in dilapidated condition, he made representation seeking Police protection.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents No.3 and 4 are the tenants in the above said premises and they refuse to vacate the same.

4. If the petitioner wants to vacate the respondents No.3 and 4 from the above said premises, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. There is no question of granting Police protection for vacating the private respondents.

5. With the above liberty, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
