This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Ramanthapuram in Crl.M.P.No.3670 of 2024, dated 20.09.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the difficulty expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is working at Chennai, I am inclined to modify the condition only considering the fact that the investigation is almost completed.

4. In view thereof, the petitioner has complied with the condition for a period of 30 days is recorded. Further, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in a month i.e., on first Sunday of every English Calender month at 10.30 am, for three months, starting from November, 2024.
