2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent, police.

3. On perusal of the records it is seen that it is a case of NDPS act and this Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 19.01.2023, now, after a period of nine months the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking time for executing the sureties.

4. Considering the serious nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P(MD)No.18198 of 2023, dated 19.01.2023.
