ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the petitioner's name in the History sheet list in H.S.No.2 of 2013 maintained by the second respondent by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 08.10.2024.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner is having eight pervious cases, in which, he was acquitted in four cases and two cases were closed as 'mistake of fact' and two cases are pending and that too of the year 2022. He would further submit that the writ petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2024 will be considered in the next meeting.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to consider the writ 2/4

petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2024 and pass orders in accordance with law, in the next meeting.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
